Hazard Reporting Form

This page is for reporting any hazard relating to safety on the river.

• Please note any hazard on this system even if it seemed relatively minor at the time as it will help us to build a picture to enhance safety on the river and to work with other river users.
• Your report will be emailed to the relevant KGSVBC officials but will not appear publicly on the website.
• This system does not replace either:
  • the current system for reporting any Category 1 or 2 incident involving our own boats. (Please see the incident reporting document on the safety page of this site for more information.
  • the system for reporting a problem with a boat or other club equipment. (Please use the boat and equipment repair page).
